I'm noticing some of features are similar to other Pokemon.

The left one looks like Charmander's body with Riolu's limbs, Flygon's tail, and Psyduck's mouth.

The middle one looks like Turtwig's body with Chikorita's limbs, Grumpig's tail, and Buneary's fluff.

The right one looks like Piplup's body with Pikachu's limbs, Mew's head, and Wobbuffet's tail.

Well, considering all Pokemon are drawn by the same person, Ken Sugimori (sp?), I'd expect certain resemblances to occur, especially when there's almost 500 now, haha. And, while his drawing style has evolved, as a designer myself, I have to say that there's always going to be similarities to previous works found in an artists designs.

Though, sometimes, people notices things that the designer never intended at all *Laughs*

Right: Mijumaru : The Sea Otter Pokemon
